Initial Consultation
Upon initial contact, we will call to discuss your needs thoroughly and arrange a no obligation client visit.
Site Survey & Design Discussion
Visit client to survey areas. At this stage, we will discuss your visions and needs, colour scheme choices and materials selection etc.
Quotation
Compose and send a no obligation quote for your perusal.
Project Confirmation
Upon order confirmation, we will re visit to confirm start date, duration, colour choices, materials and complete a final check measure survey and sign off proposed drawings.
On-Site Work
Our technicians start on site with a health and safety toolbox talk for those in close proximity to the works followed by daily site briefings.
Mid-Project Check-In
Ongoing calls or visits from your dedicated project manager to ascertain how the team are performing, and progress is being maintained.
Project Completion & Handover
Works completion with a visit from one of our management team with a complete hand over pack, post project contact details and client aftercare information.
Post-Project Care
Within 3 months completion, you will receive a visit from our customer care team to complete a working survey.
